It looks like it'll be a different kind of court for a pair of in-state college basketball players, as they now face sex crime charges. Officials say, two starters from Coastal Carolina's Men's Basketball Program are charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct.
Arrest records show that the Conway Police Department has arrested both 23 year old, Joshua Beadle and 25 year old Nadjirick Peat. Beadle is a Columbia Native who was at Boston College before transferring back closer to home. He led Coastal Carolina in scoring and was a 1st Team All-Sun Belt Selection, this past season.
Peat is a native of Jamaica who led this year's Coastal squad in rebounds and blocks per game. The school lists both men as Graduate Students.
No further details regarding the charges have been released, as of the time of this report.
