An arrest has been made in the fatal hit-and-run in Spartanburg County last week.
Last week, Highway Patrol reported the crash happened on April 16 at 5:36 a.m. on Sha Lane. A pedestrian was in the road way when they were struck by a vehicle traveling west. The vehicle left the scene immediately; the pedestrian died at the scene.
Master Trooper Gary Miller today reported Casey Marie Schinestuhl, a 24-year-old from Spartanburg, has been charged with hit-and-run, leaving the scene with death.
