The topic of judicial reform has come to the forefront after the murders of two young women in the Carolinas in recent months.
We reported on the both the stabbing death of Iryna Zarutska while riding public transit in Charlotte in August and the shooting death of 22 year old Logan Federico in Columbia, back in May.
Both were killed by repeat offenders who by all accounts should have been doing time in prison, but yet were free to commit these heinous acts. Logan's father, Steven Federico has been making the media rounds lately calling for judicial reform.
Steven Federico joined the Tara Show Monday morning and elaborated on the long criminal history of Alexander Dickey the man accused of killing his daughter. Federico has hinted at how judges mishandled Dickey's cases, enabling him to commit this act.
Alexander Dickey appeared before Greenville area judge Edward Miller multiple times and while he was convicted was given suspended sentences.
