A former pastor in the Upstate will spend the next two decades in prison on child sex crime charges.
Daniel Kellan Mayfield, a former Youth Pastor at Gowensville Baptist Church in Greenville County and former wedding videographer was in court Tuesday morning and was sentenced to 20 years.
Court records say Mayfield used hidden cameras and cell phones in church bathrooms to take indecent photos of his victims, many of which were under 12 years old.
Officials say Mayfield's phone had more than 5,000 images of child sexual abuse material.
