South Carolina DHEC on Wednesday announced 4,067 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 71 additional new confirmed deaths.
Out of 13,052 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests) the percent positive was 30.9%.
Greenville County has the highest number of new confirmed cases with 792.
Spartanburg County has the fifth highest number in the state with 224.
