An investigation is ingoing after a man showed up at an Upstate hospital with a gunshot wound. The Spartanburg Police Department says that followed a report of shots fired near Ezell Boulevard, just before 3PM, Monday.
A 2nd caller reported that multiple shots were fired and a man fled the scene after being shot. A few minutes later the victim arrived at Spartanburg Regional with a gunshot wound to the hand.
Police say, the shooting was a result of ongoing dispute between the victim and another person. No arrests have been announced, as of this time.
