The impacts of Winter Storm Fern continue to be felt as thousands across the Carolinas are still without power, as of Monday afternoon.
As of 4PM, Duke Energy was reporting that power remained out for over 16,000 customers across the Upstate and Western North Carolina.
Henderson County North Carolina still has the most with over 5,700 still in the dark. Pickens County led the way for counties around the Upstate with over 4,200 Duke customers still impacted.
Around 2,800 remained without in Oconee County with around 2,000 Duke Customers in Greenville County still in the dark.
