A victim was hospitalized after being shot in the face in the Upstate over the weekend. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Mobile Drive in Spartanburg, around 10PM Saturday.
Upon arrival, deputies found a victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the face. The victim was transported to Spartanburg Regional to be treated and was said to still be in critical condition, as of Sunday afternoon.
No arrests or charges have been announced and the shooting remains under investigation, as of the time of this report.
