More details have been released after a stabbing at an Upstate home left one person dead and another critically injured. As we previously reported, the Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to a home in Belton, around 11PM, Tuesday.
Upon arrival, two people were found with stab wounds. One victim died at the scene, the other was taken to a hospital and is said to be in critical condition. The Sheriff's Office says the stabbing was a result of a domestic dispute.
The man in the relationship was pronounced dead a the scene. The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
The woman was taken to the hospital and was said to be in critical condition. No charges have been announced, as of the time of this report.
