James Hill, aka Bo, of Crystal Blue Pools is facing multiple fraud charges after scamming a dozen homeowners across 7 Upstate Counties.

The Anderson county Sheriff's Office says one homeowner lost $70,000. Hill would draw up contracts for pool construction, take a majority of the money up front, begin the project then never return.
According to the Better Business Bureau website, Crystal Blue Pools is based out of Mauldin and has not obtained proper licensing from the Labor Licensing and Regulation - Residential Builders Commission.
