A Seneca man is facing child sex crime charges after an investigation was launched, last month. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 30 year old, Thomas Jay Simmons of Seneca is charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Investigators say Simmons forced the underaged victim to perform a sex act on him and assaulted sexually assaulted the victim, earlier this year. Simmons was booked in Oconee County, Wednesday night.
