Shooting at a McDonald's in WNC leads to arrest in the Upstate

The suspect who was arrested after shots were fired outside a fast food restaurant in Western North Carolina Monday morning, has now been identified.

The Hendersonville Police Department responded to a reported shooting at the McDonald's on Four Seasons Boulevard just before 8:45 AM. . No injuries were reported.

Police say Officers said 34-year-old, Julian Reshawn Suber of Asheville, was arrested in connection to the shooting. He's charged with assault with a deadly weapon, firing into an occupied vehicle and a weapons violation.

Suber was apprehended at a house in Spartanburg after the incident. He's being held in Spartanburg County awaiting extradition back to Western North Carolina.
