A dozen FBI agents who were fired for taking a knee during protests in 2020 are suing the Bureau and its director. The agents were terminated last year after photos of them kneeling at protest rallies while on duty surfaced online. The incident happened in Washington, DC Court records say they kneeled not to reflect a left-wing political point of view, but rather to de-escalate a situation that threatened to spin out of control.
