(Greer, SC) - The Greer Fire Department responded to a house fire on Mason Street just after 11PM Friday. Dispatchers were told there were occupants trapped inside the burning home.
Firefighters were able to rescue the three people trapped inside and quickly extinguished the fire.
The three occupants were taken by EMS to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center for treatment. There have been no updates on their condition and no firefighters were injured.
Investigators determined a space heater was the cause of the fire which remains under investigation.
