A Greenville man is facing charges in Oconee County after heavy equipment was stolen on two separate occasions. Investigators say 28 year old, Melvin Cabrera is charged with grand larceny and receiving stolen goods.
The grand larceny charge stems from an incident in which a skid steer worth over a $100,000 was stolen from the construction site of the new Target store in Seneca, last month. The other charged involves a flatbed trailer that was taken from another property in Seneca in Mid-May.
The Sheriff's Office says the trailer was recovered last week.
