Three suspects are facing a variety of charges after a search warrant was executed at a North Georgia home. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office and GBI agents served warrants at a home there, early this Thursday morning.
A trio of suspects were arrested in the raid, they include Bart Starks, Arthur Poole and Randy Stewart Hill. All three are charged with violating the RICO act.
Starks is also charged with possession of a controlled substance, a weapons violation and intent to distribute marijauna. Following the arrests the Sheriff's Office posted a sign on the property that said "Closed For Business".
