The victim in a fatal shooting in the Upstate has been identified. As we previously reported, The Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Highway 24 in the Townville Community around 10AM Tuesday.
Upon arrival a man was found dead after suffering multiple gunshot wounds. He's been identified as 56 year old, Loren Matthew Morones. The Sheriff's Office says Morones was found dead by his boss when he came to pick him up for work.
No arrests have been made as of this time and no further details are available.
