Officials say, a Western North Carolina man is facing charges of sexual servitude. The Swain County Sheriff's Office says 73 year old, Phillip Warren Smith was arrested Friday.
He's charged with sexual servitude, extortion, stalking and secret peeping. The Sheriff's Office reports that the sexual servitude involved an adult victim.
However, no further details have been released in the case. Smith is being held without bond in Swain County.
