1 – Try to pair a carbohydrate with a protein. Apples and peanut butter. Pretzels and hummus. Or cheese and crackers are all easy, grab-and-go options.

2 – Plan out your snacks so you’re not mindlessly eating throughout the day. You can prep or purchase your snacks on the weekend and enjoy them all week.

3 – Drink a glass of water or tea with your snack. This will help you feel full longer – and staying hydrated is an added bonus!
