The typical dining experience at a Mavs game will no longer consist of a hot dog and a beer.
The American Airlines Center will begin hosting pop ups from some of the most luxurious, and exclusive, restaurants at Mavs games for the rest of the season.
Instead of popcorn, Mavs fans can partake in meals from Avra, Crown Block, Uchi, Carbone, and Catch, among others.
Patrick Lang, vice president of global restaurant and nightlife development for Las Vegas Sands Corp., a company owned by the families that bought the Mavericks, told the Dallas Morning News, “How can we take this dining experience that is a real commitment, and do it in a more fun, approachable way for fans?”
During the upcoming game against the Houston Rockets tomorrow, Mavs fans can enjoy a meal from Catch, which opened on Maple Avenue in late 2024.
Catch will sell a double royale with cheese and Parmesan-truffle fries for $26.
For now, the pop ups will only be available at “marquee matchups,” and can be found on the main concourse of the AAC, near Section 103.
