The advancement of artificial intelligence has a lot of North Texans worried.  What jobs will soon become obsolete with the advancements of AI?

We don't know if those worries will be assuaged by this news from the artificial intelligence startup Cognigy, who announced they will be moving their U.S. headquarters from the heart of San Francisco to Plano.

Joe Havlik, vice president and North America general manager for the company, told the Dallas Morning News moving to North Texas was the right move for them due to its "business-friendly approach and access to talent along with a healthy university scene."

Cognigy is a customer-service automation company, acting as a "digital workforce" in phone and chat support with round-the-clock availability and fluency in more than 100 languages, according to DMN.
