Buc-ee’s named the No.1 convenience store in America for second year in a row

Buc-ee’s continues its reign as the best convenience store in the nation.

For the second year in a row, Buc-ee’s claimed the top spot in Newsweek’s “America’s Best Retailers 2025” report!

According to MySA.comNewsweek analyzed the results of “an independent survey where customers made over 140,000 evaluations on several brands,” and based their final rankings on “the likelihood of recommendation,” and five evaluation criteria including “products, customer service, atmosphere, accessibility, and shop layout.”

Pennsylvania-based Sheetz claimed the No. 2 spot, while its in-state rivals, Wawa, landed at No. 4 and Getgo ranked No. 5.

Quicktrip came in at No. 3 to round out the top five.
