Earlier this morning, the lates Buc-ee’s location in Texas opened its doors for business.
Hundreds of fans gathered in the pre-dawn hours outside of the newest Buc-ee’s in San Marcos before doors opened at 6am.
The 74,000 square foot location has all of your Buc-ee’s favorites, Texas barbecue, homemade fudge, kolaches, Beaver Nuggets, jerky, fresh pastries, and 128 gas pumps.
Stan Beard of Buc-ee's said in a statement ahead of the opening per CBS Austin, “The Buc-ee's mantra is 'exceed expectations,' and this San Marcos location is a special step for us in that regard.
"The San Marcos store will help us provide the ultimate Buc-ee's experience to all I-35 travelers, north and southbound.”
The new Buc-ee’s is located at 3245 N. IH-35, along I-35 and Yarrington Road.
