
There are plenty of places all throughout North Texas to get great tacos, but many often wonder which the best is. While plenty throughout the metroplex have their favorite spots, the city of Arlington has decided to figure out once and for all, who has the best taco. The Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau recently announced a new competition to find the best taco, and they want DFW’s help picking the top choice.
As part of their #SaveTheTacos competition, the Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau recently announced the 12 finalists for best DFW taco. According to NBCDFW, the finalists are Damian's Cajun Soul Cafe: Smoked Meatloaf Taco, Hayters Bar & Lounge: Banana Pudding Taco, Hersheys Palace Pizza Wangs and Thangs: The Eclipse, J. Gilligan's Bar & Grill: J. Gill's Real Deal Taco, MillsMade Barbecue: First Nations Navajo Taco, Prince Lebanese Grill: Spicy Shawarma Taco, Roadrun’r Exotic Cereal Bar: Roadrunner Taco, Smoke’N Ash BBQ LLC: Tex-Ethiopian Kickash Taco, The Cartel Taco Bar: Cartel Southwest Taco, The Original Chop House Burgers: Do You Wanna Tijuana, Tic Taco: Orange Pork Taco and Ventana Grille: The Vermilion Taco.

Participants can win prizes by checking into restaurants, such as a $50 Visa gift card and a taco prize pack. Thanks to this competition, the best taco debate will finally be over.
