Groundbreaking has officially commenced on a brand-new hotel that promises visitors to North Texas a luxurious stay unlike any other spot in the state.
That’s because the Miyako Hybrid Hotel Plano will be only the third Miyako Hybrid Hotel in the U.S. and the first and only one in Texas!
According to WFAA, the 350,000-square-foot development will feature 256 guest rooms, a rooftop bar and restaurant, a Japanese-inspired spa, as well as meeting spaces for corporate visitors.
Construction is set to completed in fall 2027.
