Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime Grill, a new two-in-one restaurant concept coming to Plano, has a simple concept: offer “luxury foods affordable to everyone.”
Where else in the world could you order a chilled lobster roll in a drive-thru?
At Angie’s however, customers can order said chilled lobster roll for just $9.99, and salads and protein bowls that start at just $4.99.
Phoenix-based founders Tony and Roushan Christofellis started the restaurant in 2022, the same year inflation hit an all-time high, and developed the restaurant with the goal of selling higher-end food “for the same price as a traditional fast-food meal,” according to the Dallas Morning News.
Angie’s is able to keep their costs low because they “control the entire supply chain.”
They own a wharf in Maine, a processing facility in Maine, a distribution center in Arizona and a chicken processing facility in Arizona. They also own a trucking company.
Co-founder Roushan Christofellis said in a statement, “We are disrupting the restaurant space by changing who has access to luxury foods like Maine lobster, USDA Prime Steak, premium and organic ingredients, house-made sauces and gourmet foods made without preservatives and additives.”
The company also operates two more brands, Angie’s Burger and Angie’s Chicken, though thus far these are not part of the current Plano expansion.
Beginning in Plano, Angie’s plans to open another location soon in Little Elm, and has plans for six more restaurants in Dallas-Fort Worth in 2026.
Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime Grill are expected to open Nov. 13, 2025 at 701 W 15th St., Plano.
