If you’re an NFL fan, you fall on either of two sides of a coin: You’re a Cowboys fans, or you hate the Cowboys.  There is no in-between.

So it should come to no shock of anybody that Cowboys fans were recently voted the “most disliked fanbase” in the NFL.

A Twitter poll from JPAFootball cited a study from Sports Betting that found the most disliked fanbases in the NFL, with the Cowboys at the top, followed by Browns, Eagles, Steelers, and Bears.

A Reddit post from u/Raztsta asked why everyone seems to hate the Cowboys, despite the team not winning a championship since 1996.

The first comment summed up a reason why: Same reason everyone hates the Lakers and Yankees. Most popular teams are hated because they have the most bandwagon fans and get the most air time.
