The Dallas skyline is filled with some incredible buildings the metroplex has come to know and love, but one will soon be making significant changes that may make it unrecognizable to some. While the outside of the iconic building will remain the same, it was recently announced that Chase Tower will soon receive a remodel that will include a new name and two new restaurants. The 55-story Dallas landmark is expected to begin construction later this summer.

Downtown Dallas’ Chase Tower has seen several significant updates in recent years, but their latest may be the biggest yet. The remodel will include a name change to “Dallas Arts Tower,” and two new restaurants in partnership with Milkshake Concepts that will be added to the lobby. According to Dallas Culture Map, the restaurants will be a European-style, all-day café and a Greek restaurant.

"We've been hard at work on two concepts that we believe fit perfectly into the newly designed lobby and the unique, eye-catching Rotunda that sits so visibly at the front of the development," said Milkshake Concepts founder and CEO Imran Sheikh. Other changes to the building include art gallery displays from local artists, art instillations in the lobby and refreshed elevator cabs. Soon, the iconic building will seem brand new.
