Set to open in February, the new Marriott location in Dallas includes a full service restaurant, Good Graces, located on the ground floor of the hotel. Chef Silva will bring a menu featuring traditional Peruvian rotisserie chicken. Along with rotisserie chicken, the menu will also include; oysters, charcuterie, salads, steak, seafood, wine, and cocktails.
