There’s a lot to love about Buc-ee’s, and not just for the customers, too.
A recent survey from Business Insider ranked the Texas-based company as the third highest-paying entry-level retail job in the US.
With an average hourly pay of $20.21, Buc-ee’s ranked only behind Lululemon ($20.46), and Costco ($20.52) in the study.
Business Insider determined their rankings by analyzing Glassdoor’s to pay data from the past year for entry-level sales floor jobs.
