The new location is set to open February 14, and KFC is promising a special prize for those that get there first. The first 50 customers will receive a “Free Chicken for a Year” gift card.
On Tuesday, the new KFC located at 2011 S Las Vegas Trail will officially open their doors. However, those hoping to get there bright and early may get stuck in a long line, as the fast food chain will reward the first 50 customers will free food for a year. The customers will receive a gift card that is valid for all of 2023, according to Fort Worth Star Telegram.
For those hoping to get the free chicken, they may want to get their early. The last time KFC offered this at a new location was in New York, where customers began lining up 10 hours before the doors opened. For a year’s worth of free KFC, it may be worth it.
