If you haven’t yet, there’s a decent chance you’ll be making some sort of voyage to DFW Airport for an upcoming summer vacation.
All we have to say is “good luck.”
A report from StressFreeCarRental.com sought to find the most stressful airports in the US, and DFW Airport found its spot near the top of the list.
DFW ranked as the third-most stressful airport in the nation for travel, following only Chicago O’Hare International Airport and New York JFK International Airport.
The study said about DFW:
The second-busiest and second-largest airport in the U.S., DFW saw 33.7 million passengers in 2022 and flies to 258 destinations, which adds to the stress of the traveler experience. On Flightradar24, however, the airport has a rating of 84%. Passengers say it’s easy to get to and easy to pass through TSA, although the airport is crowded.
The study though did commend DFW for its “many lounges and food options to choose from.”
George Bush International Airport in Houston also made an appearance on the list, coming in at No. 13.
