The Dallas Zoo welcomed two Sumatran tiger cubs last February, and now they need our help in deciding their names.
The zoo will be holding a donation-based contest to determine the name of one of the cubs.
You can choose between three names: Rina, Alya, and Merapi.
Rina is named in honor of Rina PA, a ranger in the Sumatran Ranger Project. Alya, pronounced “ah-lee-ya,” means ‘sky’ or ‘heaven’ in Arabic. And Merapi is named after the most active volcano in Sumatra.
The Dallas Zoo will be accepting donations through April 20.
