Where once stood a beloved Deep Ellum bar emerges a new locale for food and drink where you can spend an evening with your mates that make you feel absolutely chuffed to bits.
A new English pub, the Queens Head Pub, will soon be opening in Deep Ellum on Elm St, at the former site of the Green Room.

According to CultureMap Dallas, the pub is expected to open next month, in time for the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Queens Head Pub is the second concept (following The Terrace) of Deep Ellum Collective. Eric Bradford of the group said in a statement, “Queens Head Pub captures the spirit of a traditional English pub while embracing the energy and authenticity of Deep Ellum.
“This is more than just a pub — it’s a gathering place that celebrates tradition, camaraderie, and the vibrant culture of the neighborhood. As our second concept, it sets the tone for what’s to come as we continue to introduce projects that contribute to the revitalization of this historic district.”
