More attention was paid to FC Dallas this weekend than there possibly ever has been, thanks to Lionel Messi making his debut in Frisco. However, while most were trying to get a glimpse of one of the greatest soccer players to ever live in person, some were more intrigued by the new menu item Toyota Stadium added. On Sunday, the stadium debut a new massive ice cream sandwich that is so big many wonder how they could even take a bite.

Lionel Messi’s first game ever in Frisco went just as many expected, with Inter Milan winning the game thanks to multiple goals by the Argentinian star. While many were hoping for an FC Dallas victory, at least they got to drown their sorrows in one of the biggest desserts DFW has to offer. On Sunday, Toyota Stadium began selling the XL Ice Cream Sandwich, which costs $15 and features 18 ounces of vanilla ice cream and 12 combined chocolate chip cookies.

“Suddenly I’m a soccer fan,” said one commenter. Many had similar feelings, with some even claiming they were more interested in buying a ticket for the ice cream sandwich than seeing Messi. Hopefully next time Messi plays in Frisco, he gives the dessert a try before the game.
