They say everything is bigger in Texas, and that was proven once again this week. While the Texas Rangers are known for having some of the craziest stadium menu items around, the rest of the country got to see it’s not just during baseball games that DFW enjoys eating massive quantity of foods.
Before FC Dallas’ playoff game on Monday, cameras caught a fan eating Toyota Stadium’s “monster taco,” and the TV commentators couldn’t believe what they saw.
On Monday, an FC Dallas fan went viral thanks to one of the more ridiculous menu items at FC Dallas’ Toyota Stadium. In the video, the fan attempts to eat a “monster taco” that is the size of his head. “Everything is bigger in Texas, even the tacos!” one commentator says during the video.

According to CW33, the “monster taco” features a crispy 12-inch flour tortilla filled with shredded barbacoa, shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and hot sauce. Since being shared, the video has been viewed over 2 million times. Hopefully FC Dallas keeps advancing in the playoffs, so DFW can show off more eating habits.
