There’s a growing trend in the Texas Hill Country of folks selling their lavish properties via a raffle as opposed to a traditional sale.
A brand-new, three-story waterfront home in Kingsland, about 65 miles northwest of Austin, has just hit the market, and this beautiful home valued at $4 million could be yours for the price of a simple lunch outing.
Ryan Klebba, who co-manages the property with his architect-designer wife Mallory, told Hill Country Digital per MySA.com, "This is a brand-new home. It’s never been lived in. It’s a dream home… It’s just a property that’s going to really do something grand for someone."
Klebba says he was inspired to sell the property by these non-traditional approaches, recognizing that sweepstakes could open the luxury real estate market to a far broader audience.
