Streaming may have made the at home movie watching experience significantly more convenient, but some still miss the days of renting a movie from a store like Blockbuster. For one nostalgia seeking man, he decided to take things to the next level, constructing a video rental store in his basement. Video of his store recently went viral, and now many are hoping he turns it into an actual business.
In the video, a woman gives a tour of her basement, which she claims her husband turned into a video rental store. According Bro Bible, a local rental store went out of business, giving the man the opportunity to build the man cave of his dreams. Using the old VHS tapes and movie memorabilia, he was able to build a replica video rental store reminiscent of the past.
While the man currently has no plans to actually rent out any of the tapes, many online are hoping he decides to do so. Based on the reaction if he does he will likely have plenty of new customers. However, that will likely come with some very upset neighbors.
