Cheba Hut is a Colorado-based sub sandwich chain restaurant that is notable for its marijuana theme throughout.  It is from Colorado after all.

The chain opened in 1998, and recently announced its latest location, which will be going up in Arlington, at 504 E. Abram St., in a former Jimmy John's, across the street from Division Brewing.

According to CultureMap Dallas, it will be Cheba Hut’s fifth spot in DFW, following locations in Deep Ellum, Denton, Preston Trail Plaza, Fort Worth, and Arlington.

Cheba Hut’s menu has about 30 signature sandwiches, including Jamaican Red (buffalo chicken, jalapeño, and hot sauce) and Acapulco Gold (chicken with BBQ sauce and Swiss cheese), plus salads and a selection of "munchies" like Rice Krispy treats, loaded nachos, pretzel nuggets, and soups.

And despite the theme, none of the foods are infused with marijuana.

The Arlington location is set to open sometime this fall.
