In recent years there has been a trend of businesses taking a childhood game, and adding alcohol for adult fun. This has already been done with arcade games, board games, trivia and a few sports as well. Now, the newest entertainment venue coming to DFW combines mini golf with a nightclub, and is expected to open by next summer.
Puttshack is an upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience that originated in London. They have since brought the concept to America and are now planning to open their first DFW location. The 28,000 square foot venue is a two-story space, with four tech-driven mini golf courses, and a high-energy, upscale nightclub vibe, according to Dallas Culture Map.
"Puttshack will be an ideal complement to our growing roster of premium retailers and deliver a one-of-a-kind entertainment and dining option to the Addison community and greater Dallas metropolitan area," said Jason Jones, Manager of VOP Partners, LLC, the owners of the center. Soon there will be even more adult fun in DFW.
