A new Tiger Woods-designed golf course in North Texas is set to tee off this fall.
Bluejack Ranch is a 914-acre master planned community in Aledo anchored around a golf course designed by 15-time major winner Tiger Woods. This is the second golf course designed by Woods in Texas, followed by Bluejack National in Montgomery, about an hour outside of Houston.
The community is being planned by Dallas-Fort Worth-based husband and wife real estate duo Andy and Kristin Kula Mitchell.
According to the Dallas Morning News, home prices will range from "casitas" that are priced at about $1 million to estate homes that could be priced over $5 million.
Amenities for the community include a hospitality space called The Lodge with a nearby equestrian facility, tennis and pickleball courts, a spa and wellness area, a golf performance area, pools and recreation spaces.
Additionally, the ranch club will also have a 10-hole short course designed by Woods.
