Usually when people think about Texas cuisine they think of BBQ or Tex-Mex first. However, based on a new list another genre of food may need to be added; sushi. DoorDash recently unveiled their list of the 100 most loved restaurants, and the only two from DFW were both sushi spots.
For the first time ever, DoorDash has released a list of the most popular restaurants around the country people order from using their app. Overall; Texas had three restaurants make the cut, but only two from DFW. The two North Texas restaurants on the list were Sushi Time in Dallas and Zena Sushi in Hurst, according to CW33.
The only other Texas restaurant on the list was Little V in League City, Texas. DoorDash claims the list was generated by “analyzing data from April 2021 to April 2022.”Soon people will be talking about sushi in Texas the same way they talk about chips and queso.
