When it was announced earlier this year that 'South Park' creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, signed a new mega-deal that extended their beloved show through season 30, it was also revealed that the duo would be making a number of movies for Paramount+ as part of the deal. Now, the first of those 14 made-for-streaming movies has been unveiled. The streaming service announced this week that their first 'South park' movie will premiere in November.

The first teaser for 'South Park: Post Covid' was released this week, unveiling the made-for-tv event would premiere on Thanksgiving. The announcement also revealed a release date of December for the show's second movie on the streaming service. However, no details about either project have been shared at this time.

According to The Wrap, these films are the first part of Parker and Stone's $900 million deal with ViacomCBS' MTV Entertainment Studios. Of course, many fans are still waiting for the show's return to Comedy Central, though no announcement has been made about season 24's premiere date. Luckily, two movies are on the way to hold fans over until then.
