The great influx of people and businesses into Texas coupled with the rising inflation rates the entire country has seen just means everything is getting more and more expensive.
Especially in Dallas.
A report from the personal finance website Finance Buzz shows that across the nation's 125 biggest cities, Dallas is the hardest city in Texas to save money in.
On the flipside, two of the easiest cities to save money in are also in North Texas: Irving at No. 9 and Frisco at No. 10.
According to the Dallas Observer, Finance Buzz says it's hard to save money in Dallas due to the city's "low earnings and high costs of living."
