A lot of school districts across North Texas are on Spring Break.  If any exhausted parents think dropping the kids off at Six Flags is a good idea to get them out of the house, be prepared to go with them.

Six Flags is enforcing a chaperone policy through the duration of Spring Break, until March 22, that requires all park visitors under the age of 17 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21.

Six Flags said in a statement, “Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to removal from the park and any applicable actions permitted under law.”

According to WFAA, the policy will be enforced at the park from open to close.

A valid government ID is required for all chaperones during their entry into the park, and one chaperone can accompany up to five guests aged 17 or younger.
