
Since its disappointing theatrical release in 2017, fans of ‘Justice League’ have been asking to see the version made by original director Zack Snyder. Thanks to an online movement, HBO Max decided to release the Snyder Cut, and now the director has given fans a first look at his upcoming film. In the 15 second clip, fans get a glimpse at the new look vicious villain Steppenwolf.
As seen in the sneak peek from ‘Zack Snyder's Justice League,’ Steppenwolf, played by Ciarán Hinds, is at war and causing plenty of destruction, according to Comicbook.com. “Working on justice is gray edition,” said Snyder after sharing the 15 second black and white clip. The first look quickly went viral, with many fans calling this version better just based on one scene.
Along with the re-designed Steppenwolf, Snyder has also teased a new look Joker, according to Vanity Fair. “The Joker is really the only thing that I thought of in retrospect, but I will say that is was always in my intention to bring Joker into that world,” said Snyder on the addition of the Batman villain. With plenty being added to the Snyder Cut, fans are more excited than ever to see this new version.
