The first ever combined IHOP-Applebee's restaurant in the U.S. will open next year in Seguin, TX!
Based on renderings from Dine Brands, the owner of the two restaurant chains, IHOP will occupy one side of the space, and Applebee's the other. According to KSAT, the full menus for both chains will be available, the restaurants will share a kitchen, and the staff will be trained to work on both sides.
The dual restaurant is planning to open sometime early next year in Seguin, about 35 miles east of San Antonio.
