Travis Kelce is living his best life right now. The Kansas City Chiefs are off to a hot start this NFL season. He’s newly married to Taylor Swift. Things are going pretty good for him, save for the face that he was swindled out of millions of dollars.

Kelce was named as one of the victims in a $35 million Ponzi Scheme led by Texas-based investor Siddharth Jawahar.

According to KMOV, Kelce was an investor in a fund created by Swiftarc, which the Jawahar co-founded.

In January, Jawahar pleaded guilty in January to federal wire fraud charges related to an investment scheme. Authorities said he used money made from new investors to repay older investors “and to fuel an extravagant lifestyle that included flights on private planes, stays at luxury hotels and expensive outings at fancy restaurants.”

Very little was said about Kelce in a recent hearing, though his name was listed off as one of he victims.

Jawahar was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
