It seems every week there is a new study trying to explain why so many people are moving to DFW. Whether it’s for their career, cost of living or just wanting to live in the greatest state, plenty have packed up and headed to the Lone Star state in recent years. Now, a new study has found yet another reason people have flocked to Texas, especially DFW. The study found that two North Texas cities were the top cities for renters in the entire country.

Website Storage Cafe recently conducted a study trying to find the most renter friendly cities in America. To find the results, they looked at rental applications across 257 markets with populations of over 100,000.
Other factors included; demographics, changes in median income, average home size square footage, and the difference between inbound and outbound migration. Based on all of this, the study found that Irving was the best city for renters in the United State with Lewisville coming in at number two.
