Batbox is a chain of sports bars that also contain a baseball simulator.  Think of it like a Top Golf but for baseball.

Batbox was founded in Mexico, but recently signed a deal to bring the chain to the United States, with its first location calling North Texas “home.”

In a press release, Batbox announced their U.S. location in Addison, which will be comprised of a 13,000-square-foot sports bar with 10 baseball simulators and food and drink service, according to WFAA.

Jose Vargas, Founder and CEO of Batbox, said in the release, “Our immersive simulators and high-quality service have made Batbox a popular destination across Mexico, with a growing number of locations showcasing our ability to attract diverse audiences and create memorable experiences.

"This success is a testament to our innovative approach and our commitment to delivering excellence.”

Plans call for Batbox to be open by early 2025.
